The artistic concept of biro sculpture is created by the heating the ready-made Biro pens. It contains the idealism of  “Compromise to ordinary”. All three works put a "Unique" Biro pen in a group of ordinary pens, and through the ordinary and extraordinary comparison to emphasise the beauty of the "Unique" pen. 
However, on a practical level the three "Unique" pens do not connote any writing function.

 

The work imbedded a question: Is it an ordinary pen or an extraordinary pen? 
At least to me, I am compromised to the ordinary.
